2 Valve base hole and low hole processing process analysis of the tube hole

Although the machining process of the cylinder head has been developed for many years and has made significant progress, how to ensure the coaxiality of the valve seat low hole and the low hole of the duct hole has become a major problem for manufacturers. 3 Base taper machining process analysis

4 Analysis of the processing process of the conduit hole

The machining process of the conduit hole can usually be used with a single-edge reamer, which has two guide bars on the structure of the tool and can maintain a high degree of accuracy during the cutting process. Currently, a gun reamer has been developed on the basis of the single-edge reamer, which has an additional guide bar, so that when the gun reamer cuts into the work piece, the built-in guide bar plays a supporting role and thus effectively increases the rigidity of the boring tool. When mass production is carried out, a two-cut positioning process is usually used to improve the accuracy of the position of the low hole in the duct and the low hole in the valve seat, thus reducing the errors in positioning and ensuring that the machining allowance is always uniform, ultimately meeting the product’s requirements for accuracy.
